The 2026 Cognizant Classic field doesn’t include many of the marquee names from last weekend’s Genesis Invitational, however, it does feature Brooks Koepka in his return season from LIV Golf. Koepka is the biggest name in the Cognizant Classic field, but after finishing outside the top 55 in his first two PGA Tour events back, the SportsLine model isn’t putting much faith in him for 2026 Cognizant Classic bets. Nicolai Hojgaard may not possess the Koepka name appeal, but he has drawn the interest of the model, projecting the 24-year-old from Denmark to vie for the 2026 Cognizant Classic victory. The model finds the best value in taking Hojgaard to finish in the top five, priced at +500 in the recent 2026 Cognizant Classic odds. Hojgaard finished T3 at the Phoenix Open in his last PGA event.
The model is also backing Daniel Berger to finish in the top 10 at +360 odds for 2026 Cognizant Classic props. It’s also backing Thorbjorn Olesen to win the group he’s placed in for 2026 Cognizant Classic prop betting at DraftKings. Before locking in any 2026 Cognizant Classic prop picks or other PGA Tour bets on sites like FanDuel or DraftKings, be sure to see the golf predictions and projected leaderboard from the proven computer model at SportsLine.

SportsLine’s proprietary model, built by DFS pro Mike McClure, has been red-hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June 2020. In fact, the model is up over $8,000 on its best bets since the restart, nailing tournament after tournament.
This same model has also nailed a whopping 16 majors entering the weekend, including the 2025 Masters — its fourth Masters in a row — as well as this year’s PGA Championship and Open Championship. Anyone who has followed its sports betting picks could have seen massive returns on betting sites.

The 24-year-old Danish golfer finished one shot shy of joining the playoff at the Phoenix Open, finishing T3 on Feb. 5 in his last PGA Tour event. Hojgaard had two top-five finishes in 17 events last year. He finished the year strong with three top-15 finishes over his final five tournaments of 2025, including T14 at The Open Championship. He also finished T4 at the Scottish Open. None of the top-25 ranked golfers in the world are playing in this tournament, so it’s a wide-open field, and the model gives Hojgaard as good a chance of any to win the whole thing. It loves the chance to play him at 5-1 odds to finish in the top five, though,

Berger missed the cut at last weekend’s Genesis Invitational, but he won’t be facing nearly the field this time. The four-time PGA Tour winner is one of the most proven winners in the 2026 Cognizant Classic field, and he’s set to compete in this tournament for the 10th time. Berger has three top-five finishes at this tournament, providing some wiggle room for a top-10 finish. He’s made the cut in four of his first five tournaments this season and has a sixth-place finish. The model projects Berger to push for a top-five result again this year, but with Caesars Sportsbook offering him at +360 odds to finish in the top 10, that’s where the model finds the best value for Berger.

At DraftKings Sportsbook, Group C features Davis Thompson, Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen, Aaron Rai, Will Zalatoris and Olesen. Of the five, Olesen has the longest odds, yet the model projects him as the top finisher of the group. The 36-year-old Danish golfer has missed the cut in each of his first three Cognizant Classics and also in his first two events this year, but he’s coming off a solid fall with three top-five finishes in six PGA events. This isn’t an elite grouping for Olesen at DraftKings, and his three top-10 finishes last year are more than anyone else in this grouping. Especially given his comparative odds, the model projects value in taking him to top this group at DraftKings.
DraftKings Sportsbook offers this prop bet, and you can click here to bet on Olesen at DraftKings, where new users receive $200 in bonus bets if your first $5 bet wins.
