The second Saturday of the 2026 Winter Olympics sawTeam USA men’s hockey taking home a nervy win over Denmark.
The Danes went up 2-1 in the first period after a shaky start by Boston Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman. Things solidified for the Americans, however, and the team roared back with five goals while only allowing one for the rest of the game. The U.S. is back in action on Sunday at 3:10 p.m. ET taking on Germany.
Elsewhere on Saturday, superstar Jordan Stolz became the first American in 20 years to win gold in the 500 meters. Stolz, who won the 1,000 meters earlier this week with an Olympic record, once again set a new Olympic record in his win.
