The second round is nearly set in the 2026 NBA playoffs. The Pistons knocked out the Magic in Game 7 on Sunday afternoon, as the East’s top seed completed a 3-1 comeback and avoided an upset against the No. 8 seed. The Pistons will face either the Cavaliers or the Raptors in the second round. Cleveland is hosting Toronto in the third Game 7 of the first round on Sunday night.
The 76ers took down the Celtics in Game 7 of their series on Saturday night, completing a 3-1 comeback of their own. The Knicks will face Philadelphia in the second round. Boston, the No. 2 seed in the East, lost Game 7 with Jayson Tatum sidelined and is missing the second round of the playoffs for just the second time in the last 10 seasons.

The second-round bracket is set in the West. The Lakers ousted the Rockets on Friday night to set up a second-round showdown against the top-seeded Thunder. The Wolves (who eliminated the Nuggets) and the Spurs (who eliminated the Blazers) will meet in the other Western Conference semi.
