The Green Bay Packers will visit the Los Angeles Rams in the NFL’s first Thanksgiving Eve game, the league revealed Wednesday.

The game will take place on Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. ET and will be streamed on Netflix.

It was also revealed Wednesday that the Netflix will air the “NFL Honors” show during Super Bowl week, where the NFL’s individual awards and Pro Football Hall inductees are revealed.

  • Netflix also will televise the Week 1 game between the San Francisco 49ers and Rams that will be played in Melbourne, Australia. The game will air on Thursday night, Sept. 10, in the United States but will actually take place on Friday morning in Melbourne at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

    In addition, Netflix’s “Quarterback” series will return for a third season beginning July 14, the streamer revealed, with the 2025 seasons of the Washington Commanders’ Jayden Daniels, Tennessee Titans’ Cam Ward, Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Baker Mayfield and Cincinnati Bengals’ Joe Flacco to be chronicled.

    The added game on the week of Thanksgiving means there will be five stand-alone games that week before the regular Sunday slate. The league has played three games on Thanksgiving Day since 2006 and added a Black Friday game in 2023.

    The NFL has already revealed one of the Thanksgiving Day games, revealing Monday that the Dallas Cowboys will host the Philadelphia Eagles at 4:30 p.m. (televised by Fox).

    The complete 2026 regular-season schedule will be revealed Thursday at 8 p.m. ET. A two-hour primetime special will air on ESPN.
