Berry turns 19 on 11 June, by which time she could have made her full international debut.
Already 19, McAulay will hope to add to her four caps as Melissa Andreatta’s side face the Israelis in concluding Group B4 games moved to the Bozsik Arena, Budapest, on Friday and Tuesday, 9 June.
Scotland lead the section on goal difference from Belgium, with both sides unbeaten so far.
However, the Belgians’ double header is against bottom side Luxembourg, who have conceded 21 goals so far in their four games, and they will be confident of overhauling the Scots’ four-goal advantage.
Israel are two points adrift of both and will need to produce two shock wins over the Scots to stand even an outside chance of topping the group.
The group winners will be promoted to League A for the next Nations League, while the top three both progress to the play-offs for a place at the 2027 World Cup finals in Brazil.
