In Game 3 on Monday, the Spurs got 32 points from Victor Wembanyama and pulled away from the Knicks in the fourth quarter after erasing a seven-point halftime deficit. Stephon Castle had 23 points in Game 3 for San Antonio, hitting a clutch 3-pointer late and knocking in the game-sealing free throws with six seconds remaining.The Knicks remain two wins away from their first NBA title since 1973, and they have a chance to take a commanding 3-1 series lead on Wednesday. They got 32 points from Jalen Brunson in Game 3, and OG Anunoby added another 28. The loss in Game 3 snapped the Knicks’ impressive 13-game playoff winning streak. It was a streak that spanned 46 days. New York trailed the Hawks, 2-1, in the first round before closing Atlanta out with three straight wins.
