WWE SummerSlam continues its takeover in Minneapolis across a second night on Sunday. With so much ground to cover, WWE has enlisted its biggest stars with CM Punk and Roman Reigns serving as tentpole figures for the show. Punk competed against Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship on Saturday before Oba Femi went over in a Hell in a Cell main event against billed hometown product Brock Lesnar, who lost inside the structure for the first time in his career. Check out the complete 2026 WWE SummerSlam results with grades and winners from Night 1.
Reigns has remained WWE World Heavyweight Champion since WrestleMania, reforming The Bloodline. If that gives fans deja vu, so will Sunday’s main event. Reigns and Seth Rollins, former Shield stablemates, reignite their legacy rivalry at WWE’s second-biggest show of the year.
That will not be the only title on the line Sunday, however, as three others will be up for grabs, including an interim championship on the main roster for the first time in history. Charlotte Flair, Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, Chelsea Green and Lash Legend will compete for the WWE Women’s Championship, filling a vacancy until Rhea Ripley returns from injury. Chad Gable will lso have a chance to win the first singles title of his career in his hometown against Penta, while Trick Williams defends his fur-covered strap against the returning Baron Corbin.
SummerSlam is presenting a dozen matches over the weekend, half of which have already concluded. A No. 1 contendership for the WWE title will be contested between Finn Balor and Sami Zayn, plus a unique “Human Monies on a Pole” match featuring Danhausen battling Dominik Mysterio round out Sunday’s card.
Let’s take a look at how you can watch all the festivities on Sunday night at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Check out CBS Sports’ expert predictions for 2026 WWE SummerSlam.
