Cincinnati Bengals star Ja’Marr Chase says he is “fine” after a scare at practice Tuesday in which the wide receiver appeared to injure his left knee.

Chase told ESPN 1530 Cincinnati that he suffered a “little hyperextension” to his left knee but that he could have returned to practice. The Bengals opted to remove Chase from the practice out of caution.

Chase later told reporters that he could play in a game as early as Wednesday, if necessary.
