After another solid win over St. John’s in the regional semifinals, Duke has claimed its best odds to win the national championship since the tournament began, showing +255 to be second on the odds board just behind Arizona (+245). Michigan also won on Friday, improving the Wolverines from +350 to +300, but that’s only good enough for third-best odds at this juncture.

UConn (25-1 to 19-1) and, more notably, Tennessee (60-1 to 30-1) also saw significant odds improvements following their wins in the regional semis, but will both be sizable underdogs to the Blue Devils and Wolverines, respectively, in the regional finals.
Meanwhile, Purdue (12-1 to 13-1) and Iowa (45-1 to 50-1) saw their odds lengthen somewhat as a result of the other teams’ positive momentum. The Hawkeyes are 6.5-point underdogs to Illinois and the Boilermakers are 5.5-point underdogs against the Wildcats on Saturday, and both favorites’ spreads are seeing the majority of handle at DraftKings.
