Day 7 of the 2026 Winter Olympics proves to be an exciting one and there is no shortage of United States athletes competing, with many looking to make it to the podium.

Ilia Malinin, who already has a gold medal in the team event, is participating in the men’s free skate with another medal on the line. Maxim Naumov and Andrew Torgashev are also participating in the men’s free skate, which will take place at 1 p.m. ET.

Snowboard prodigy Alessandro Barbieri competes in the halfpipe final after the 17-year-old finished fourth in Wednesday’s qualifying round. In curling, the United States will face Canada in the men’s and women’s round robin. The women’s skeleton heats will feature United States athletes Kelly Curtis and Mystique Ro.

And the U.S. women’s ice hockey team will take on Italy in the quarterfinals, as they search for their third gold medal and first since the PyeongChang Games in 2018.

The Milan Cortina Games will run through Sunday, Feb. 22, and in total of 119 events will take place with 245 medals handed out to the athletes. Fans can find the action on NBC and their streaming service Peacock, with an account or a cable login.

The Winter Games have eight main sports, with 16 disciplines. With so many events to keep up with, it can get overwhelming, but that’s where we step in with the overall medal tracker and daily schedule.
