One thing to know: I liked the A’s top few picks, and their fourth pick (RHP Jacob Dudan) was the last cut from the top 10, with RHP Kade Morris just behind him as LHP Gage Jump and CF Henry Bolte graduated.

Arizona Diamondbacks
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Ryan Waldschmidt, LF12. Tommy Troy, 2B23. Kayson Cunningham, SS44. J.D. Dix, 2B35. Ryder Helfrick, C2026 Draft6. Demetrio Crisantes, 2B67. Jansel Luis, SS58. Daniel Eagen, RHP79. LuJames Groover, 3B810. David Hagaman, RHP9One thing to know: RHP Blake Bryant (2026 comp round) was the last cut and has a chance to jump on if his stuff as a pro looks like the best he showed this spring, into the upper 90s with above-average off-speed stuff.

Atlanta Braves
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Tate Southisene, SS42. Eric Hartman, CF53. Cam Caminiti, LHP14. Owen Murphy, RHP65. AJ Gracia, RF2026 Draft6. Briggs McKenzie, LHP87. Kaiden McCarthy, RHP2026 Draft8. Jensen Hirschkorn, RHP2026 Draft9. John Gil, SS710. Alex Lodise, SS9One thing to know: The system feels restocked now, with real battles all over this top 10 and a tough last cut in CF Carter Beck (2026 first round); he’ll jump on with a month of strong performance, just at a bit tougher level than the Missouri Valley Conference. Same goes for Hirschkorn jumping when he’s back to hitting the mid-90s the way he has at times.

One thing to know: I gave Booth the top spot because of his star potential, over some safer prospects with lower upside. C Ethan Anderson was a tough final cut as the system gets a bit deeper.

Boston Red Sox
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Franklin Arias, SS12. Anthony Eyanson, RHP23. Justin Gonzales, RF34. Enddy Azocar, CF65. Kyson Witherspoon, RHP46. Juan Valera, RHP57. Jake Bennett, LHP108. Henry Godbout, 2B89. Jake Schaffner, SS2026 Draft10. Franklin Primera, CNROne thing to know: Three more 2026 draftees behind Schaffner are in the mix for the next few spots: CF Owen Hull, SS Jace Mataczynski, and CF Martin Shelar. RHP Marcus Phillips just needs a walk rate under 5 BB/9 to get back in that mix.

Chicago Cubs
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Jefferson Rojas, SS22. Josiah Hartshorn, RF33. Jaxon Wiggins, RHP44. Kane Kepley, CF75. Kaleb Wing, RHP56. Ethan Conrad, RF87. Cade Townsend, RHP2026 Draft8. Owen Ayers, C109. Caden Sorrell, CF2026 Draft10. Myles Bailey, 1B2026 DraftOne thing to know: Cole Mathis was traded to the Mets, and Kevin Alcantara and Pedro Ramirez graduated, making room for new draftees. Bailey gets the nod over Jonathon Long and James Triantos because of his plus-plus raw power and similar or greater position value.

Chicago White Sox
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Roch Cholowsky, SS2026 Draft2. Caleb Bonemer, SS13. Braden Montgomery, RF34. Billy Carlson, SS55. Hagen Smith, LHP76. Tanner McDougal, RHP67. Jaden Fauske, RF98. Cole Prosek, 3B2026 Draft9. William Bergolla, SS810. Landon Thome, SS2026 DraftOne thing to know: Cholowsky shows up as Noah Schultz graduates and Montgomery is almost there, too. RHP Joey Volchko (2026 third round) is a sleeper who could shoot onto this list with a handful of starts that look like his outing vs. Texas in Omaha.

Cincinnati Reds
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Alfredo Duno, C12. Steele Hall, SS23. Edwin Arroyo, SS34. Justin Lebron, SS2026 Draft5. Hector Rodriguez, LF56. Aaron Watson, RHP87. Cam Collier, 1B48. Chase Petty, RHP69. Tyson Lewis, SS710. Eric Becker, SS2026 DraftOne thing to know: No, having too many shortstop prospects is not a problem. I’ll be interested to see the early pro performances of SS Dylan Bowen (2026 fifth round; do the tools show up in the stat line?), 1B/3B Mulivai Levu (second round; can he play third base?) and RHP Ty Horn (third round; in what role will he be developed?).

One thing to know: Travis Bazzana graduates to make room for Peterson, and Curley passes LaViolette, with RHP Daniel Espino, CF Kahlil Watson, and CF Aaron Walton lingering just behind.

Colorado Rockies
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Ethan Holliday, SS12. Roldy Brito, CF23. Charlie Condon, 1B34. Tyler Bell, SS2026 Draft5. Cole Carrigg, CF76. Jackson Cox, RHP47. Daniel Jackson, C2026 Draft8. Logan Reddemann, RHP2026 Draft9. Cristian Arguelles, CFNR10. Brody Brecht, RHP5One thing to know: The farm is getting restocked with three draft picks in the top 40 all making this list, and players from the last regime on the list are all arrow-up this season; RHP Gabriel Hughes was the last cut.

Detroit Tigers
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Max Clark, CF12. Josue Briceno, C23. Bryce Rainer, SS34. Thayron Liranzo, C45. Cameron Flukey, RHP2026 Draft6. Max Anderson, 2B67. Jordan Yost, SS78. Michael Oliveto, C99. Malachi Witherspoon, RHP1010. Andrew Sears, LHPNROne thing to know: There hasn’t been a huge breakout name here this year as we’ve seen in years past, but there’s still a lot of talent. LHP Ben Jacobs and CF Cris Rodriguez were the last cuts.

Houston Astros
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Kevin Alvarez, CF12. Xavier Neyens, 3B23. Logan Hughes, LF2026 Draft4. Jack Radel, RHP2026 Draft5. Beau Peterson, 3B2026 Draft6. Ethan Frey, RF47. Ethan Pecko, RHP58. Bryce Mayer, RHP79. Walker Janek, C310. Albert Fermin, SS8One thing to know: The Astros had the most draft capital they’ve had in recent memory and did well, with LHP Wes Mendes (2026 second round) and SS Keon Johnson (third round) both with the potential to jump on here before the winter.

Kansas City Royals
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Josh Hammond, 3B12. Kendry Chourio, RHP33. David Shields, LHP44. Angeibel Gomez, CF65. Blake Mitchell, C26. Ramon Ramirez, C57. Zion Rose, CF2026 Draft8. Taylor Rabe, RHP2026 Draft9. Justin Lamkin, LHP810. Jack Slightom, RHP2026 DraftOne thing to know: The Royals did well with their extra pick, adding three players to this list in the recent draft. Keep an eye on recent draftees LHP Maxx Yehl (third round; potential quick mover), CF Dominic Battista (fourth round; big tools but faced lower competition and battled hamate injury) and LHP Justin LeGuernic (sixth round; potential starter conversion with above-average stuff).

Los Angeles Angels
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Tyler Bremner, RHP12. Johnny Slawinski, LHP53. Jared Grindlinger, RF/LHP2026 Draft4. Dylan Jordan, RHP25. Hayden Alvarez, CF66. Nelson Rada, CF37. Joswa Lugo, SS98. George Klassen, RHP89. Trey Gregory-Alford, RHP710. Talon Haley, LHPNROne thing to know: The Angels might be onto something. I loved the Grindlinger pick and what it signaled about being open to high-upside players in the first round while last year’s overslot high school draftees are low-key cooking: Slawinski, Haley, and RHP C.J. Gray.

Los Angeles Dodgers
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Josue De Paula, LF12. Mike Sirota, CF63. Eduardo Quintero, CF34. Emil Morales, SS55. Zyhir Hope, RF26. Charles Davalan, CF87. Christian Zazueta, RHP98. River Ryan, RHP49. Chase Harlan, 3B1010. James Tibbs III, RF7One thing to know: The Dodgers picked up one elite prospect in this year’s draft, a clear first-round talent in sweet-swinging prep 3B Bo Lowrance, and he ended up 11th in a deep system. Same goes for last year’s No. 40 pick in LHP Zach Root, who has performed well but got squeezed off the list. Sometimes life is unfair.

Miami Marlins
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Thomas White, LHP12. Aiva Arquette, SS23. Cam Cannarella, CF54. Karson Milbrandt, RHP35. Robby Snelling, LHP66. Jacob Lombard, SS2026 Draft7. Luis Arana, SSNR8. Starlyn Caba, SS79. Ethan Kleinschmit, LHP2026 Draft10. Dillon Lewis, CF9One thing to know: There is energy in Miami with the big league team on a roll and the Marlins got one of the best values in the 2026 first round by stepping up to take a shot on Lombard. Cannarella is red hot and solid prospects in RF Kemp Alderman and CF Fenwick Trimble got squeezed off the list, landing in a deep 11-20 part of their system.

Milwaukee Brewers
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Jesus Made, SS12. Luis Pena, SS23. Cooper Pratt, SS34. Luis Lara, CF55. Jeferson Quero, C76. Josh Adamczewski, 2B87. Jett Williams, SS48. Bishop Letson, RHP69. Luke Adams, 1B910. Braylon Payne, CF10One thing to know: This has been one of the hardest lists to make each month because the Brewers have 12-15 prospects who deserve to be on here. 3B Andrew Fischer has hit 29 homers this year and was 11th, RHP Tyson Hardin would make almost every list, as would infield brothers and organization teammates Trey and Brady Ebel.

Minnesota Twins
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Walker Jenkins, CF12. Vahn Lackey, C2026 Draft3. Kaelen Culpepper, SS34. Emmanuel Rodriguez, CF45. Marek Houston, SS76. Riley Quick, RHP87. Kendry Rojas, LHPNR8. Eduardo Tait, C59. Dasan Hill, LHP610. Hendry Mendez, LF9One thing to know: Lots of near misses on this list, including RHP Charlee Soto, RF Gabriel Gonzalez, C Carson Tinney (2026 second-rounder), RHP Ethan Wachsmann (third round), RHP Brett Renfrow (second round), C Khadim Diaw, and RHP Ryan Gallagher.

New York Mets
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Jonah Tong, RHP22. Jacob Reimer, 3B33. Jonathan Santucci, LHP64. Ryan Clifford, LF45. Elian Pena, SS76. Mitch Voit, 2B97. Jack Wenninger, RHP58. Wandy Asigen, SS89. Zach Thornton, LHP1010. Cole Mathis, 1BTrade with CHCOne thing to know: The Mets have graduated a number of young players from their system in the past few years, so now they are building it up again. Their recent top two picks RHP Carson Wiggins and CF Aiden Robbins were the last cuts, just behind recent trade addition Mathis.

New York Yankees
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. George Lombard Jr., SS12. Dax Kilby, SS33. Carlos Lagrange, RHP24. Elmer Rodriguez, RHP45. Spencer Jones, CF56. Hunter Dietz, LHP2026 Draft7. Sean Duncan, LHP2026 Draft8. Henry Lalane, LHPNR9. Ben Hess, RHP610. Richard Matic, 3BNROne thing to know: After having a little trouble filling out this list early in the year, there are now a number of options who have emerged in addition to the recent draftees. Matic took the last spot on the list, CF Wilberson De Pena was right behind him and CF Jace Avina is doing it in Double-A, pushing the middling or injured prospect arms out of contention for the top 10.

Philadelphia Phillies

One thing to know: Renteria had a lot of hype before signing and he’s delivering on that in the DSL while the back of the list has too many solid options, with 2B Aroon Escobar and recent second-rounder CF Caden Bogepohl just missing, and later draft picks RHP Ruger Riojas and RHP Deven Sheerin not far behind him.

One thing to know: Valdez is going off in the big leagues in a way that I wasn’t expecting and he’ll probably graduate by the next update; Sanford, Curiel and Gray can fill in behind him. C Rafael Flores Jr. was a late cut and 2026 second-rounder SS Aiden Ruiz wasn’t far behind him.

San Diego Padres
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Ethan Salas, C12. Kash Mayfield, LHP33. Kruz Schoolcraft, LHP24. Coleman Borthwick, RHP2026 Draft5. Elliot Lascelles, SS2026 Draft6. Bryan Balzer, RHP67. Miguel Mendez, RHP48. Ryan Wideman, CF59. Tucker Musgrove, RHP710. Ty Harvey, C9One thing to know: The Padres are rebuilding the system by simply not trading the players from the past few drafts and international classes, and now there’s some tough calls on who makes the list. SS Joniel Hernandez was the last cut (tearing up the DSL with solid reports), RHP Ryan Lynch (2026 third round), and C Robbie Lavey (fourth round) were the toughest cuts.

San Francisco Giants
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Josuar Gonzalez, SS12. Jackson Flora, RHP2026 Draft3. Luis Hernandez, SS44. Jhonny Level, SS25. Bo Davidson, CF106. Gavin Kilen, SS57. Carson Bolemon, LHP2026 Draft8. Keyner Martinez, RHP69. Jesus Rodriguez, C

One thing to know: Hernandez joins Level and Gonzalez as the recent hits on infielders in the international market as Bryce Eldridge’s graduation makes room in the top three. The back of the list was competitive, with RHP Kaden Waechter (2026 second-rounder) just missing the cut, along with 3B Parks Harber, CF Trevor Cohen and CF Dakota Jordan.

Seattle Mariners
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Kade Anderson, LHP22. Ryan Sloan, RHP33. Felnin Celesten, SS54. Lazaro Montes, RF45. Michael Arroyo, 2B76. Luke Stevenson, C67. Jonny Farmelo, CF88. Ace Reese, 3B2026 Draft9. Nick Becker, SS1010. Jake Brown, RF2026 DraftOne thing to know: SS Colt Emerson graduated and the two top recent draftees pushed CF Yorger Bautista off the list, with rising LHP Mason Peters also in the mix for the last spot.

St. Louis Cardinals
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Rainiel Rodriguez, C12. Liam Doyle, LHP23. Joshua Baez, RF34. Tanner Franklin, RHP45. Jurrangelo Cijntje, RHP56. Leo Bernal, C77. Yhoiker Fajardo, RHP98. Trevor Condon, CF2026 Draft9. Rocco Maniscalso, SS2026 Draft10. Tegan Kuhns, RHP2026 DraftOne thing to know: I raved about the Cardinals’ draft and now they’ve remade the back of the list, with some real upward mobility if things break how I’m expecting. RF Andrew Williamson (second round) and RF Caden Ferraro (third round) were late cuts along with CF Tai Peete, LHP Quinn Matthews, and SS Sebastian Dos Santos, among others.

Tampa Bay Rays
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Grady Emerson, SS2026 Draft2. Theo Gillen, CF13. Nathan Flewelling, C24. Caden Bodine, C65. Cooper Flemming, SS86. Santiago Suarez, RHP37. Brody Hopkins, RHP48. Daniel Pierce, SS59. Taitn Gray, 1B910. Xavier Isaac, 1B7One thing to know: Emerson and Gillen make one of the best prospect duos in the minors while a number of arrow-up position players (Flewelling, Bodine, Fleming, Gray, Pierce) are eating up space that was for RHP Michael Forret and RHP Anderson Brito earlier in the season. Recent draftees 3B Taj Marchand and RHP Ben Blair are also in that conversation.

Texas Rangers
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Sebastian Walcott, SS12. Caden Scarborough, RHP23. Gio Rojas, LHP2026 Draft4. David Davalillo, RHP35. Winston Santos, RHP46. Yolfran Castillo, SS57. A.J. Russell, RHP68. Josh Owens, SS/RHP79. Malcolm Moore, C810. Brody Bumila, LHP2026 DraftOne thing to know: This list was incredibly hard to work out after Walcott. Scarborough’s velocity is down a bit and many of the names toward the bottom of the list are arrow-up this year, with some draftees in the mix. 3B Connor Comeau lost the coin flip of a back-to-back draft ranking with Bumila, who I believe will end up getting a higher bonus, too. LHP Dalton Pence, CF Dylan Dreiling and RHP Jose Corniell were also in that mix.

One thing to know: SS Juan Sanchez slid due to performance this year, but I think he’s still a prospect. Carlon and Brick are the clear headliners of a solid 2026 draft crop and are also joined by the two biggest bonuses from last year’s class (Parker, Bullard).

Washington Nationals
Top 10 prospectsPlayerPreviousTrending1. Eli Willits, SS12. Seaver King, SS43. Travis Sykora, RHP24. Devin Fitz-Gerald, SS55. Jarlin Susana, RHP36. Luke Dickerson, 2B67. Chris Hacopian, 2B2026 Draft8. Gavin Fien, 3B99. Harry Ford, C710. Coy James, SS10One thing to know: The new regime has continued adding to the system while also staying competitive in the big leagues. RHP Miguel Sime Jr. has some of the best stuff in the minors league, he just needs to get in the strike zone more often. SS Ronny Cruz was edged off by new draftees, but a few more (CF Chase Brunson, SS Luke Williams, RHP Cooper Harris) couldn’t make it on this time. LHP Jackson Kent is also in the mix; if Ford doesn’t regain his 2025 form, he’ll fall off the list.
