According to a Hindustan Times report, in some parts of the country, the movie has been delayed, but the matter is likely to be addressed and resolved by Friday morning itself.

The Film Information added that by Thursday night, the final content of the film was not ready. Delivery platforms like UFO Moviez informed theatres about the delay.

According to Sacnilk, the Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Ahan Shetty starrer has made Rs 17.5 Cr so far, with blocked seats.

According to Sacnilk, ‘Border 2’ has earned nearly Rs 9.4 crore in advance booking. With these numbers, the war drama has outshone the advance booking collection of Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna’s ‘Dhurandhar,’ which made Rs 9.2 crore.

‘Border 2’ starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, and more, will have a runtime of 3 hours and 19 minutes reportedly. With this, the movie is only slightly shorter than the recently released Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’, which had a runtime of 3 hours and 34 minutes.

‘Border 2’ is set in 1971, when the nation fought the Indo-Pak War. It highlights the collective and strategic moves made by the Army, Air Force, and Navy together to fight the enemies of the country. The bravery of the frontline warriors, the sacrifices made by them, the way their families stood by them, all this and much more form the plot of the Anurag Singh directed ‘Border 2.’
