The first three games of the 2026 Stanley Cup Final have been nothing short of wildly entertaining, and the odds to win the championship have fluctuated appropriately. The Vegas Golden Knights are back to being favorites to hoist the Cup at -185, with the Carolina Hurricanes at +150 trailing the series 2-1. The Hurricanes came into the Final favored at -155 while the Knights were +130, but the two teams have traded off favorite status following each game.
Editor’s Picks
Carolina and Vegas were two of the most favored teams by sportsbooks throughout the regular season and playoffs, with the former entering the campaign as a +750 co-favorite and the latter starting close behind at +900. The Canes were a second-best +475 at the beginning of the postseason, while the Golden Knights were a fourth best 10-1.
After his historic four-point, three-goal second period in Game 3, Mitch Marner is now the odds-on favorite to win the Conn Smythe Trophy at -200 after coming into the series at +165. Carolina’s Taylor Hall (+475), Logan Stankoven (+650), Jackson Blake (14-1) and Nikolaj Ehlers (35-1) are within shouting distance, while Frederik Andersen has fallen all the way to 40-1 after he was pulled from goal in Game 3.
Sportsbooks are once again counting on a bounce-back game from the Hurricanes, as they’ve been installed as -115 road favorites for Game 4 against VGK’s -105. The total sits at 5.5 juiced heavily to the over at -135, which makes sense given this has been the highest scoring Stanley Cup Final through three games since 1981.
