The 2026 NFL season is getting closer and closer. As teams work to perfect their rosters, we’re tracking every trade that happens ahead of the start of the regular season.
Two blockbuster trades went down on June 1, sending Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett to the Rams and wide receiver A.J. Brown to the Patriots. But we’ve also seen some smaller moves.
We will have updates on every trade in the lead-up to the season. Most recent deals will be added at the top:

49ers get: LB Deion Jones
The New Orleans Saints are sending veteran linebacker Jones to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for running back White, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
August 19
Giants trade G Faalele to Jaguars
Giants get: 2027 late-round pick
Jaguars get: G Daniel Faalele
The New York Giants are trading guard Faalele to the Jacksonville Jaguars for an undisclosed late-round 2027 draft pick, sources verified to ESPN’s Jordan Raanan.
Faalele had been taking second-team snaps at Giants training camp but lost his best chance at a starting role when New York drafted Francis Mauigoa with the 10th pick and planned to make him a guard. The 6-foot-8, 380-pound Faalele joins a Jaguars team that will get much-needed help on the offensive line, where they have been dealing with a rash of injuries.

Patriots trade OL Wallace to Dolphins
Patriots get: 2028 sixth-round pick
Dolphins get: OL Caedan Wallace, 2029 seventh-round pick
The New England Patriots have unveiled that they traded offensive lineman Wallace and a 2029 seventh-round draft pick to the Miami Dolphins for a 2028 sixth-round draft pick.
June 11
Chiefs trade OT Morris to Falcons
Chiefs get: 2027 sixth-round pick
Falcons get: OT Wanya Morris, 2027 seventh-round pick
The Falcons have acquired offensive tackle Morris in a trade with the Chiefs, sources told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Morris, 25, has started 16 games in three seasons with the Chiefs, including 11 in 2024 at left tackle. The Falcons have been in need of tackle depth, especially on the right side after longtime starter Kaleb McGary’s sudden retirement this offseason.

Eagles trade WR Brown to Patriots
Eagles get: 2027 fifth-round pick, 2028 first-round pick
Patriots get: WR A.J. Brown
The Eagles are trading Brown to the Patriots for a first-round draft pick in 2028 and a 2027 fifth-round pick that is the better of New England’s selections in that round of next year’s draft, sources told ESPN. The trade, which has been discussed and anticipated across the NFL for months, reunites Brown and Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel.
Brown, who turns 29 on June 30, gives Patriots quarterback Drake Maye a No. 1 target as part of a revamped top of the receiver depth chart alongside free agent signing Romeo Doubs.

Browns trade edge rusher Garrett to Rams
Browns get: Edge Jared Verse, 2027 first-round pick, 2028 second-round pick, 2029 third-round pick
Rams get: Edge Myles Garrett
The Browns have agreed to trade Garrett, the two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, to the Rams for Verse and multiple draft picks, sources told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero and ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The Browns also will receive a first-round draft pick in 2027, a second-round pick in 2028 and a third-rounder in 2029, sources told ESPN, in what will be one of the biggest trades in NFL history involving a defensive player.
