‘It’s (courthouse) official’: Tyrese Haliburton marries longtime fiancée Jade Jones

Haliburton and Jones, who was a cheerleader at Iowa State while the now-Indiana Pacers point guard starred for the Cyclones basketball team, got engaged in July 2025 at the school’s Hilton Coliseum. The couple has been together for seven years.

The event’s invite list also contained at least one notable name that doesn’t fit into the traditional teammates and family categories: 50 Cent, whom Haliburton first connected with at a Pacers game three years ago.

Other attendees included Pascal Siakam and Pacers legend Reggie Miller.

The rapper performed live at the wedding party, with Haliburton and Jones dancing along to “I Get Money” — including the lyric “I run New York,” possibly seen as a reference to Haliburton and the Pacers’ Eastern Conference playoff wins over the New York Knicks in 2024 and 2025.

Haliburton and his wife also made an appearance together Thursday night for the Indiana Fever’s home matchup against the Las Vegas Aces.

The guard missed the 2025-26 season recovering from a torn Achilles suffered in Game 7 of the 2025 NBA Finals. He’ll hope to get back on track in 2026-27, looking to return to his form from the 2024-25 campaign when he averaged 18.6 points and 9.2 assists.
