All the other contenders’ national championship odds got a little longer since the last game action on Monday night. UCLA moved from +450 to +475, Texas went from +750 to +800, and South Carolina did the same, which is still a solid improvement from the +900 they showed before Virginia upset Iowa in the round of 32; the Cavaliers are the longest team on the odds board at 1,000-1.
Additionally, since Tuesday morning, LSU lengthened from 17-1 to 18-1, Vanderbilt from 75-1 to 80-1, and TCU from 100-1 to 110-1. The only team that saw any notable improvement was Michigan, who moved up from 100-1 to 80-1; the Wolverines, who would not have to face UConn until the title game, are BetMGM’s second-largest liability.
