The Denver Nuggets became the seventh team to clinch a playoff spot with their win over the Utah Jazz on Tuesday. They join the Thunder, Spurs, Pistons, Celtics, Lakers and Knicks. The Cavaliers are one win from clinching a playoff spot, which they can secure on Thursday against the Warriors. 

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have moved out of the Play-In and into the East’s top six for the time being by way of their win over the Wizards and Toronto’s loss to Sacramento on Wednesday. 

The final day of the regular season will be on Sunday, April 12. Between now and then, we will be updating this playoff picture each day to keep you up to date on the standings, important magic numbers, all relevant tiebreakers and our SportsLine projections.
