After losing 1-0 to England at Wembley in April, Spain must beat the Lionesses at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix on 5 June (20:00 BST) to keep their chances of topping their qualifying group in their own hands.
Only the winners of each of the four League A qualifying groups will progress directly to the 2027 World Cup in Brazil.
Group runners-up will go into the play-offs, to be drawn against the group winners and two best-ranked runners-up from League C.
A draw against England would require Spain to defeat Iceland in Reykjavik and the Lionesses to lose to Ukraine (both 9 June, 20:00 BST) in order for the world and European champions to top the group.
